About these terms
These terms govern your use of wrs-mi.com, the website of Wheel Repair Specialists of Michigan (“WRS”, “we”, “us”). The website is built and operated for WRS by Vogler Solutions LLC. By using the website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Quotes and repair work
A quote request sent through the website is a request for information, not an order. Any price we give from a description or photos is an estimate. The final price and whether a wheel can be safely repaired are confirmed only after we inspect the wheel in person. Repair and replacement work is agreed directly between you and the shop.
Photos and information you send
You may only upload photos you took or have the right to share. By sending photos or a description, you allow us to store and use them to evaluate and respond to your request. We will not publish your photos without asking you first. How we handle this information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not use the website to send anything unlawful, abusive or unrelated to a wheel repair request, or to interfere with the website’s operation.
Text messages
WRS Quote Request Alerts is a text message program operated by Vogler Solutions LLC for Wheel Repair Specialists of Michigan. When a customer submits a quote request on wrs-mi.com, the program sends one alert text from +1 855-352-9783 to the shop’s own staff, with the customer’s name, phone number, a short excerpt of the request and the number of photos attached. Alerts go only to staff who have asked to receive them. Customers who submit the form are not enrolled in the program, and it is never used for marketing.
- Message frequency varies: one message per quote request submitted.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving alerts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact Vogler Solutions LLC at admin@voglersolutions.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Separately, if you give us your phone number on a form, the shop may call or text you about your request, as described in the “Text messages” section of our Privacy Policy. You can reply STOP to any of those messages too.
Wholesale accounts
Wholesale accounts are created by us on request; there is no public sign-up. If you have an account, keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them. We may suspend or close an account that is misused.
Website content
The text, photos, logo and design of the website belong to WRS or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. Hours, prices and service details may change without notice, and the website may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Links to other sites
The website links to Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
